Should I do Crossfit or B2B 30?
If you’ve never done Crossfit before, B2B 30 is the perfect start. You’ll learn all the common Crossfit exercises and begin to condition your body in all ten physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
Is B2B 30 right for me?
B2B is for the individual who wants to develop true, functional athleticism for daily life. If you want to have more stamina throughout the day, be less likely to injure yourself doing common daily tasks, and feel stronger in every area–B2B 30 is the best place to start.
Can I start slow?
You can always go at your own pace. We have the best trainers in town, and they will guide you through making it through each workout getting the maximum benefits while staying safe.
