What is TRX 30?
TRX workouts are meant to be fast, efficient total-body exercises. It focuses on your balance, endurance, flexibility, and core strength in order to maximize calorie burn.
Is TRX 30 cardio or strength?
A typical TRX workout focuses on flexibility, coordination, and balance. While it will will mostly increase your strength in many areas, you will also get the typical heart rate increase similar to a light cardio workout.
Is TRX good for beginners?
TRX is great for both beginners and those who have been working out for a long time. Exercises are also easy to modify to make them easier or harder based on your level of experience.
